Just replaced PSU and motherboard light still blinking

Hi! I created a thread recently about my PSU running a little weird. I submitted my RMA and just got my new PSU!


Problem. The motherboard light for power still blinks.


Please help! I'm really scared since I just waited two weeks and not having my computer is killing me.

The MB has the debug LED, you can check it out, what code do you get? And you can check out the manual page 124 for codes the detail. http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4969#manual

Also there is the troubleshooting procedure in the manual page 122. You can try it out.
