Just scored a free GTX770, need cheap motherboard to replace Acer Predator G3620's stock p.o.s b/c of known gpu upgrade issues

So we all know that most of us who own the Acer Predator G3620 are out of luck when it comes to upgrading from the stock GT 630 to any decent gpu. I'm building a PC for myself with a GTX 980 Ti but my friend just gave me an almost brand new nVidia GTX 770 so I want the cheapest MB I can swap my i7 3770 onto and stick the GTX 770 in so I can send it to my little brother so we can game together. I don't need any bells or whistles just the cheapest MB that wont give me the same problem as the stock crap that came with the G3620. Any help I can get from any of you faithful Tom's Hardware Experts would be so appreciated!! Thanks for any of your time guys.

There are cheaper motherboards than this, but I can assure you that that isn't a good idea at all, because they will most likely crap out really fast. This ASRock H97 is a great Mobo at a lower price.

How about the ASRock H61M-DGS R2.0 for about $50 (Newegg $48.99). That's pretty cheap, and I don't specifically know of any problems with that board (but haven't really researched it).

I don't know about the problems you mentioned (lack of UEFI BIOS maybe?) but i'd replace the stock power supply first.
From the pictures i found it looks like a basic underpowered unit not up to the task of powering a GTX770.
