Hi guys,
I bought this TV from someone emigrating. It has no manual and I cannot find it anywhere online.
It is supposed to display 2160p, but the max I get is 1080p. Things I have tried:
1) PS4 pro, I have booted it by changing HDMI to 1.4 (don't have 2.2 cable) - PS4 pro sees tv as only 1080p
2) Downloaded Netflix TV app, Netflix only provides HD (I am on a premium package with ultra HD, and my download speed is 36mbps average)
3) I have tried changing aspect ratio (only 4:3, 16:9 and Full Screen). Full Screen also only 1080p
Not sure what else to try. Native software says firmware is up to date. Can't find anything online
