KDM Power Supplies

I have lately seen a TON of hate for KDM power supplies and nobody has even a valid reason when they are called on it. Can anyone give me a valid reason that KDM PSU'S arent safe to run? I understand circuitry and electricity so don't dumb it down if you have a reason. Also I'd like to hear if anyone else has a bad experience.
