Actually from what I've heard the 660Ti performs like a 570..

hmm... it'd be good for competition if 660ti did beat a 7870, then no one would have to worry about buying a 670/680 for 1080p... i wonder how nvidia would take it.
then again, 7800 cards have till october (LAst Rumored Launch Date i heard) to sell themselves. 2 quarters of no competition... a kepler counterpart is badly needed in this price range. by q4 sea islands will be readying for launch.
edit: if i didn't know about keplers complexity and yields, i would have thought that nvidia has abandoned sub $350 price range. this is very unlikely though.
