My processor is Intel Xeon X5650. Videocard is AMD Radeon RX 480
Processor 11 in group 0 has the following power management features:
Idle state type: Idle state (C) ACPI (states: 3)
Type of Performance Status: Performance Status (P) and Regulation (T) ACPI
Nominal frequency (MHz): 2660
Maximum performance (%%): 100
Minimum performance (%%): 60
Minimum regulation (%%): 7
In games it restart and have Kernel Process Error.

Random reboots or shutdowns during heavy load (e.g gaming) are mostly caused by 2 issues:
  1. CPU/GPU overheats and to prevent any damage, system shuts down.
  2. PSU fails to deliver enough power to the GPU or fails to keep smooth enough voltage for PC's operation.
First check your CPU/GPU temps, both at idle and under load. If temps are within reason then it's safe to assume that it's the PSU who is acting up.

Also, what's your PSU make and model (or part number)?

On rare events, Kernel Process Error, Event 55 can be also caused by faulty OS. I've found another user who had same error issue and he fixed it with clean OS reinstall (source).

So, here's what i'd do:
  1. Check CPU and GPU temps to make sure you're not throttling on either of the two.
  2. If under load (at gaming) temps are within reason, reinstall OS + install latest GPU drivers.
  3. If OS reinstall didn't help, replace the PSU with higher wattage and/or better build quality (e.g any 500W range unit from Seasonic lineup).
