My computer is an ASUS ROG G10CE Desktop PC.

I have tried everything to fix this issue, from running sfc /scan-now, only for it to say that no integrity violations were found, updating NVIDIA drivers, restarting the device several times, etc. None of that has worked. Sometimes I won't have these issues for a few weeks, sometimes this happens twice or more in a 24 hour period. The computer will BSOD for a second and then restart. I am fed up with this issue and I want a permanent fix. .

Help is appreciated.

In your thread, I didn't see any mention of you using DDU. You're advised to remove all GPU drivers(intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site, in elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

I also don't see any mention of you updating the BIOS to version 331, which is the latest that's listed here;
The last you've mentioned is being on BIOS version 304. Gradually update the BIOS one by one to the latest and see if the issue persists.

Where did you source the installers for the OS? Are you installing the OS in offline mode? If not, try that and manually install all drivers relevant to your platform in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

My motherboard is an Asus G10CES, and the latest BIOS version is 304.

provide the minidump, ie copy it to a server, share it for public access and provide a link. someone with windows debugger can take a look.
It doesn't create a minidump file.

look for problems in the storage subsystem.
normally, you would update the chipset drivers, update any storage driver, check the drive health using a tool like crystaldiskinfo.exe

you might consider googling "how to force a memory dump using a keyboard" then make the registry settings and confirm you can make a memory dump on a working system. (before the system bugchecks)

if your system is using a sata drive, you might go into bios and check to see if the port has hotswap enabled. for conditions that a drive disconnect or is reset and can not reconnect because of the hotswap setting blocking the reconnection. This leads to a bugcheck that can not be saved to disk.

if you see the actual bugcheck, you need the bugcheck number and the first parameter. (generally the first parameter is the error code)

if the drive is good, you can also get a bugcheck and not dump file if there no disk pagefile.sys is set or there is not enough disk space.

We need data to be able to resolve this for you, so can you please download the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp and save it to the Desktop. Then run it and upload the resulting zip file to a cloud service with a link to it here. The SysnativeBSODCollectionApp collects all the available troubleshooting data and will make diagnosing your problem much easier. It DOES NOT collect any personally identifying data. It's used by several highly respected Windows help forums (including this one).

You can of course look at what's in the zip file before you upload it, most of the files are txt files. Please don't change or delete anything though. If you want a description of what each file contains you'll find that here.
