key board configuration is not well

Hi
i just installed windows 8.1 pro on my pc and just realize that the shortcut keys are not doing what are they showing. for example, i press alt+2 it must be @, but now it is alt+q. i dont like that config, can somebody say me how to fix it?

Hi,
Please open Control Panel and check whether the Language is set to "English US" or not.
