If 2.0 and 3.0 are both native on the mobo, then no.

No.
Mouse and kbd does not saturate a USB 2 throughput. It will not be any faster on a faster connection.

If you can do a key press at 8 milliseconds or less then, you may have an issue with the USB polling rate LOL
