Question keyboard and mouse keep locking up on windows 10

for some reason my keyboard and mouse keep not working on my pc, its not like my pc is freezing because it still works as normal but the keyboard and mouse just dont work anymore until i reset the pc

Rest as in resetting the OS or rebooting the platform? Might want to list the specs to your PC like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

Would also help to state the makes and models of your mouse and keyboard. As for your issue, do the peripherals exhibit the same issue when plugged into a known working, donor, system?
