Question keyboard and mouse not working while resetting windows 10

hi guys,
so my computer was really laggy so i decided that i should factory reset my computer and everything went smoothly until the process reached choosing a language but i couldnt choose since my keyboard and mouse are both not working, i cant select a language so im stuck at this point and i cant use my computer. i already tried plugging my mouse and keyboards to different ports and it didnt make any difference,itried turned off power and turned it on again, that didnt make any difference either. i even tried using other mouses and keyboard but it didnt work.please help me as i cant use my computer until i fix this. any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can try to add usb drivers to your instalation media or try changing setting in bios, legacy related, but for more info check here:

Which motherboard are you using?

reset the BIOS by jumper

the problem is im not using any installation media, im just resetting windows
