[SOLVED] keyboard backspaces when i type h on any keyboard

I am having an issue with my laptop keyboard. I have an apple MacBook pro and older model. i cannot unlock my laptop and when i type the letter H it back spaces. i have tried using two different keyboards and nothing has worked. i think its a software issue, but i cannot get into my laptop to make any changes to try and fix this if it is a software issue. I'm planning on replacing the keyboard on the laptop to see if that helps the problem, but that is not very likely to work. I am not sure what will work. I'm at a loss. any ideas?

Try this...

On a hard flat surface. Ensure it if off. Charge it fully. Then unplug power and allow computer to fully cool.

Start up and see what happens.
