Question keyboard function keys not working properly

my fn keys are binded differently, it will only work properly if i do fn + function key, example : f11 and f12 does the volume .

Make and model keyboard?

Manually download the drivers directly from the manufacturer's website.

No third party tools or installers.

Reinstall and reconfigure.
