Question Keyboard is not working

The keyboard on my ASUS ROG GL702VS is not working. I have updated the drivers, uninstalled the drivers, and updated laptop as a whole with restarting multiple times. I have hard reset it and restarted to bios to optimized defaults. In the bios the keyboard works. The keyboard still lights up and the track pad still works.

Not sure what else to do.

If it works in BIOS but not Windows, then sounds like a Windows problem.

Reset Windows if you don't want to do a clean install.

Or do a clean install.

Either way, you'll lose some data so backup anything important.
