Keyboard letters becoming numbers how to fix it

hi i would nid your help that my keyboard letter UIOPJKLM is becoming numbers can you help me to fix it back to letters

one is going to guess it is a laptop and that the Num Lock is turnd on prob hold the Fn+(one of the Fkeys to turn it off
