Hi i would like some advice please.

i am currently building a mid range gaming comp for about £1000/$1500 and need some advice on what monitor, keyboard and mouse to get. Im english so i apologies for any Americans that think im asking for really cheap suggestions.

First the monitor, like all the others i have been doing my research and know that it is good to have a low MS rating aswell as a high GHz rating. i am willing to spend anywhere up to £200/$300 but i would like it to be bigger than 24" if possible.

next the mouse, i think i have found the mouse that is best for me. i have smallish hands dont know what type of grip i have but i know i dont want a mouse that screams im a gaming mouse. i have been looking at the Razer Deathadder 2013 Ergonomic Gaming Mouse its around £45 and i dont really want to spend any more than £50-£60 on a mouse. i will be playing some FPS but also some MMOs. i was thinking i could use the razer for day to day and FPS then buy a cheap mouse with loads of marco buttons for when i play MMOs

Finally keyboards, i have not tried out many mechanical keyboard but i know i defo one a mechanical. key type im looking for Cherry MX Browns because i will be using it to type and game and apparently they are quiet compared to other keys. im looking for max £100 to spend on this, im thinking spend big and i will have it for ever. again i will be playing MMOs and FPS the crazy looking keyboards dont appeal to me. want one that is comfy to use and i only have small hands so dont wait to be straining when using it.

Would love to hear any suggestions or advice on any of these.
Im new to this forum and i apologies if i have posted this in the wrong place

this is more like what i was thinking for the keyboard. all others not too keen on. guess i can go for a 60GHz if it means i get something like a 27"

Eh... If you want to have a solid budget for all of them together this monitor is one of the best. For cheaper DECENT monitors for FPS, BenQ are generally pretty good with response times and stuff

hey been a while but i have been doing my research again. I have found the mouse i want. All i need now is a keyboard and monitor.

Now for keyboard im willing to spend around £140. i have been looking at the corsair k70 and k95 but they just seem a bit too expensive. Im looking for a Cherry mx brown switch and back-lit. It doesn't need to have all these crazy colour combinations because apparently they break any way. i just want a solid colour so i don't need to put a light on to see what im typing. Good build quality and macro keys if possible.

As for the monitor i still dont know. i have decided a 24 inch is big enough for now. i have bought my GPU its a EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 Superclocked 2GB. I dont know if this makes a difference in choosing my monitor but ofc im not looking for a 4K monitor. something around £200 i can push to £250 but wouldn't like to.

all suggestions are more than welcome and advice as well.

were you looking at the RGB or are you not looking in the right places?

The normal K70 is sold for around £120. The K95 with cherry MX reds are too.

I'd suggest blues IF you CANNOT get browns.

None the less. Black steel finish with a red back light would be a great pick up and is what I personally have, though I've put metal keycaps on my WHOLE board making it £200+

yeah i was looking are RGB i saw that they have the normal version but didnt know if that was back-lit or not. the K95 with reds is £120? could you put a link if you have one because i cant find one. Do not like blues because of the click noise. i have read the corsairs can be loud even if the keys dont have a click so as well i have read up and i like the sound of browns but reds would have to do if it means saving £50 but if i can spend an extra £10-20 for then browns then i will. I do really like the look of the corsairs mainly because of the wrist rest which for me i think is a big selling point.

i managed to find a corsair k95 factory restored for £90 it looks brand new so i hope it stays that way. bought it from scan. now i also bought the razer deathadder ergonomic mouse so now all i need is a monitor. i am going to be gaming but i wont be entering any comps but the main thing i want to use it for is photo editing. i have managed to save on parts for my comp so i thought i would spend what i have saved on a good screen. now i only have a gtx 760 so i know i wont be getting 100+ fps on the newer games and i dont mind that for the moment. i am planning to save up once i have built my rig and upgrade my gpu. what i was thinking was to spend more on the monitor now which saves me having to buy another one when i upgrade my graphics. so what i need from a monitor is good colour for photo editing but also low imput lag and low grey to grey time. i understand i am asking alot and if i have to sacrifice one for the other i am will to do that. i have upped my budget from £200 to £300-350 dont really want to spend any more than this for now. examples of both would be very helpful or do you think i should start a new thread?
