Problem:
My keyboard and mouse have periods of lag/freezing that results in a 1 or 2 second delay followed by spamming of the last key that I pressed. It's not the keyboard or mouse as i have tried multiple different ones, both wired and wireless. I have determined that it is an issue with the USB 3 on my motherboard, as the keyboard works fine when plugged into the USB 2 port.
The issue is I can't for the life of me find any updated drivers for the usb 3 on the motherboard, and windows update is saying that everything is up to date.
Can anyone offer any insight into the problem, or suggest a fix? This is horribly annoying when playing games or typing out essays or passwords online!
