Question keyboard not found and memory size decreased

Hi i have a problem with my computer. And all i did was to unplug all of the hardrives and usb devices and plug them again. At first my computer didnt open. I pressed the power button it would open for like five seconds then close. I thought the problem was because of the heat. But computer opened later. This time another problem occurred. Both my keyboard and mouse wouldnt work. When i opened the computer a black screen showed and wrote ERROR 0211 KEYBOARD NOT FOUND. Also when it opened it shortly beeped twice. I can see the usb worked because the keyboard lights showed. But the computer would open. That was yesterday. I tried to open the computer today. It still beeped but it didn't open and stuck in 'american megatrends screen' This time It says 'keyboard not found and memory size decreased' Before it only said 'keyboard not found' but this time it also says 'memory size decreased'


I know the problem isnt the hard disk that i use because i connected it to another computer and it opened just fine. Maybe it has something to do with bios settings. But i cant get to that because usb devices wont work.
Please help me! What could be the problem?

Try reset BIOS or replace the CMOS battery ?
