Question Keyboard's 'T' & 'G' key not working on motherboard IO but working on Cabinet IO

Hi,
My Keyboard's 'T' & 'G' key not working when connected via USB to motherboard IO but working fine when connected to cabinet front IO.

Other keys may have the problem but as of now, I have noticed the issue for these 2 keys.

My MOBO is Asrock B450m Steel Legend and tried all the USB ports of the Motherboard IO plate.

Motherboard: Asrock B450m Steel Legend
Keyboard: redragon VARA K551

Any suggestions or help appreciated.

I would ask you to manually reinstall your chipset driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

What BIOS version are you on?

Not sure where to check. I booted into BIOS and its saying microcode update: 870F10/8701021

Issue solved. I ran the AMD chipset software installation. It installed a few drivers. Now keyboard is working fine when connected to mobo back io.
