i have a laptop on XP and it runs fine.but for some reason, whenever i press a
key on the keyboard,it makes a horriable clicking sound.
not only that but i can only press one key at a time,so i cant hold down 1
key and let it repeat itself.
how can i fix this?

Also, check in the BIOS. When it says press F2 to enter setup (or may
say press DEL, press F1, etc.), press that key. Then look in there for
keyboard click. I know my Dell Latitude D800 has this option, but I
leave it disabled :)
