I got sucefully repair s11 using a utility from a old post Info - Kingston SATAFIRM S11 fix(?) | Tom's Hardware Forum (tomshardware.com) , the problem is while power cycle was executed I fall sleep then kept on all night, next day I checked only shows

before was showing error x21 then I tried to flash so

Not Phison S11 - Exit!
