I bought one og these, and it was dead.... no BIOS-screen, northing. Tried
to change the PSU, RAM, everything possible without results.
I got a new board of the same type and put it in another cabinet, and it was
also dead....!
Are there any special things that has to be done with these boards? It's the
first time I had any such problems with any motherboard.

I just put one of these in a friends computer and it is working
flawlessly. I would check that it is not shorted to the case. Also
clear the BIOS according to the instructions in the manual. Then try to
boot with no extra cards attached. I think it is a very good board for
the low price. I worked with it for several days before delivery and it
never once crashed.

I used one of these to replace a mobo in a Compaq. When I bo't it, I
didn't realize the board required the separate 4-pin power for the
CPU. Once I bo't a new PS with that output connection, the board
worked well. I am very happy with it.

First, have you connected the ATX12v power connector (square connector
with 2 yellow & 2 black wires to it)? If your PSU doesn't have such a
connector ditch it & get a proper one. The other common problem I've
seen with these boards is they usually ship with the CPU clock jumper
set to 133MHz. If you try and put a 100MHz CPU such as a Duron in,
you'll kill the CPU and probably the board as well. Other than that,
those are nice reliable little boards. Very rarely get any problems with
them.
