My computer is very slow and the shop I bought it off check it recently. I asked him about the SppExtComObjPatcher.exe my Kaspersky scan located as I read it was a hackers tool but I can see that he has put it as OK in my Kaspersky and also has done that for KMSpico. Is this OK? I am supposed to have a legal windows 10 but I am not so sure. I am a computer novice and don´t know who to believe and what to delete. Many thanks Jill

Absolutely not OK.
Those tools are specifically for a hacked OS.

The shop sold you a PC with a hacked OS, and are covering it up.
And KMSPico comes packed with all sorts of malware.

You need to do 4 things, in this order, starting right now.

1. Turn the PC off and unplug...

You need to do 4 things, in this order, starting right now.

1. Turn the PC off and unplug it from the internet
2. From a known good PC, you need to change ALL of your online usernames and passwords.
3. Purchase a valid Windows OS. Runs about $95 USD
4. You, or someone, needs to do a full wipe of the drive and reinstall the valid OS.
(someone = not the shop you bought it from)
