This wasn't in the Anathema deck I got today at the Bethelehem PA
pre-release.

I tweaked the deck based on our draft, so I'm not immediately able to
confirm everything else, but this is the only thing that jumps out at me as
being different from what I got in my starter. (3 Bribes, 3 Havens, etc.,
all seem right.)

Anybody else missing a Razor?

This was a pre-ELDB3 finish release.

The correct card is actually Restricted Vitae.

I'd just like to thank LSJ for including the Free States/Mob Rule combo
in this deck. I was thoroughly amused to open up my starter and find a
completely familiar strategy. (See Anarch Newsletter, May 2004) I
chose second to last, so I was stuck with Anathema, but it turned out
to be just the right deck for me. (The two Undue Influences and the
extra Count Germaine ADV I drafted helped too.)
