[SOLVED] Kombustor TDA over 100% but in-game around 50% causing game to lag

I have an old setup

So when launched the cod:WarZone I downloaded to try it, it runs around 60 fps with overclock BUT for some random reason I couldn't find from nothing the TDA usage gets lower to ~50% and the game runs at 20fps
The temperature never goes above 65c because its not running at full load

but when I try to see in Kombuster the tda goes upto 120% and the gpu keeps temp around 80c without any problem while OC

its not a CPU bottleneck because ingame the cpu only goes around 50-80% usage
its really frustrating I couldn't find why this is happening

TL;DR: Kombuster use all my GPU processing power while ingame it caps the TDA and lags alot

Today's cpus have multiple cores/threads. Looking at cpu usage as a whole is wrong. You must monitor each one.
Your '50-80%' usage could easily mean one or more threads are maxed out, and ONE is all it takes to be considered a cpu limitation.

Minimum cpu for that game is an Intel Core i3-4340. i3-4330/i3-4340 are 2 core and 4 thread cpu's that will perform poorly. The sweat spot for games is 8 cores. For example the 9700k/2700x/3700x/3800x/9900k. A decent cpu would be the 3600x/8700k/2600x/1800x(8 cores and 16 threads) aim for 6 cores and 12 threads.

Your CPU is below minimum specs. https://www.callofduty.com/modernwarfare/pc Most cpu's are 6-8 cores.
Your GPU has 2 GB of vRAM making it minimum spec. Most cards are 6-8GB vRAM.
Most gaming systems are 16GB RAM.

You should upgrade your PC.

With 2 cores and 4 threads you are very cpu limited. Your GPU is 2GB of vRAM making it very poor.
