According to their websites all these companies charge a similar price for similar specified systems.

The question is which is the better retailer to buy from in respect of reliability, customer service etc?

Thank you.

Can't speak for the latter two, but I've ordered from Komplett before, no problems at all. Very competitive with their prices, good customer service. Pretty sure I've recommended them on here before.

Components only I'm afraid. However, I know they build their kit with the same level of parts they sell as bundled, and those are top notch. A couple of friends have bought the bundles before, and they're fine.

I would higly reccomend komplett.

I have orderd from them before and found the service to be great. I sent my mobo back (my fault) and they had a working one back to me quicky. Though i seem to remember putting a heatsink and fan on the mobo which i never saw again........

He's not the one seeking the advice. He's merely replying to the originator (Mr Badger) with his opinion on one of the three vendors. You might want to check who you're replying to in future.

I emailed Komplett with a simple query about why the graphics card I wanted was not in their configurator but they never replied. That kind of puts me off giving them my money.

What do the reviews say about each? did you look them up?

Yes, I have done a lot of searches, thank you for asking. It's surprising just how little information there is on, say, PCOptions.co.uk

There are loads of comments about Komplett but they are mostly from people who have purchased components rather than systems.

Also tried Cyberpowersystem.co.uk but most of the stuff you find is for the US Cyberpowersystem.com who appear to have a bad reputation.
