KT3: remove bridge fan

Hello.

On my KT3 Ultra Aru there is a disturbing noisy fan on the bridge.
How can I remove it? Maybe from backside of the board?
Is a passive cooler sufficient?

Zalman passive cooler is perfect for the NB chip.

so how do I remove the fan? Is it fixed from backside?
It would be a lot of work to remove the mainboard.

I wrote to MSI, and they would send me a new fan, but I would prefer the
passive solution anyway.
