Is there anybody that could recommend me a KVM Switch that will work on my current set up. I want to be able to use 2 monitors on two different computers.
I currently have a base PC that has a HDMI and VGA slots and also a laptop attached to the Microsoft Surface Dock 2 which uses 2 USB-C for video output (it doesn't have any HDMI or DP ports).
Ideally I want to be able to switch between my base PC and laptop whilst allowing me to use the Keyboard & Mouse and especially the 2 monitors on an extended view.
I can't seem to find a KVM switch that has the correct connections so would assume I need to buy additional converters to probably change the connections to suit the laptop (or maybe the base PC too).
Could you possible offer any advice on what KVM switch will work and what converters I need to use it.
