Question KVM switch and new mini pc and old desktop

Hello,

I have just purchased this Mini PC https://www.amazon.co.uk/Beelink-Th...3632d60329690f4c7ad4b70d342&gad_source=1&th=1 and I would like to share monitor, mouse and keyboard with my old desktop. Both machines will have Windows, the old one Win 7 32bit and the new one Win 11 Pro
The monitor I have has a this DVI connector https://www.thomann.co.uk/the_sssna...EEfJyA3VJ5ltmCZiRgQ_DrjdDAySG0XgaAq0QEALw_wcB

The idea is to purchase the following:
KVM switch https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0D8KPCD62?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title
a cable HDMI/HDMI is included in the KVM switch this should be ok to connect the mini pc to the KVM switch
2 x DVI/HDMI cables https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0CDRSP...T5GDUAMXQ&ref_=list_c_wl_gv_ov_lig_pi_dp&th=1 one cable would connect the old pc with the KVM switch, the other one would connect the KVM switch to the old monitor

Would that setup work?

Please consider I am not a hardware-savvy person, you have to explain in layman's terms.

Any other inputs on the monitor ? You may not even need a KVM switch if it's just for monitor.

Yes the monitor has VGA and DVI input ports. Nothing else.
