Question "L" Key on keyboard making weird clicking noise?

I just got my Surface Laptop 4 and the L key is making a weird clicky sound, almost is if it's sticky? It doesn't make this sound if I press it slowly, and it's the only key making this noise. If needed I can take a video comparing it to other keys.

This is a hardware issue, the clicking sound is not coming from the computer like sticky keys, but a physical issue and clear noise coming from the L key

you could try removing the key, cleaning out anything that may have landed in there, and re-inserting it.

i've run into keys that have come partially detached from their switches
and others that had crap buried in them that made them feel offset.
either could potentially cause some excess noise.
