From when my PSU blew and took my precious ,I5 2310 processor and motherboard ,along with it ,I now have temporarily replaced my MSI motherboard with some Esonic shit and Processor with Intel Core 2 duo E6750 (Full of shit).Still I have my GT 640 2GB with me.So to game I loaded few high end games (I knew I would get Loads of FPS drop than before) like GTA 5 but I get 25 FPS at most at low settings and a major FPS fluctuations to 1-5.And Even I loaded other games like LA niora at low settings and it lags at even loading screen. What is Wrong Please Help me.(I used to get 40-50 FPS previously , most of the settings at High and even very high in GTA 5)

Solution
You went from a quad core 3.2 Turboboost CPU with newer architecture to an older dual core clocked at 2.66. Much weaker single core performance. That combined with a cheap motherboard trying to play CPU bound games is not going to work out so well.

But I searched some videos ,titled my processor name in it ,some of them are running games smoothly ,let it be 30 FPS and NO fluctuations . Is it my processor's driver or the Build is so Shit that I get this FPS fluctuations ? It surely isn't Bootleneck cause my graphics card is that not heavy,(And I didn't find any processor driver on offical sites.)
What should I do ,should I wait for next Build ?

It can be a number of things, like other programs running on your computer, drivers, and the actual settings your running at. One setting like AA being turned on would cripple your card. Try all the basic things, run virus scans, uninstall unnecessary programs, cleanup and defrag your hard drive, make sure you have all the latest drivers, cleanup your start up items, etc.

I had already mentioned , how much FPS I used to get in my previous processor , RAM is not the case here the processor is or any other things like driver or else is ....I have 4 GB of RAM by the way ,DDR3, if it can help you.

I have latest drivers of Nvidia, PC is clean , I don't keep unnecessary files or program, But I couldn't find my processors driver I mentioned that earlier ,I know AA eats FPS so its turned off ,Resolution is 800X600,all settings are LOW then I get 30 FPS solid at loading screen and 25 at most at gameplay and serious FPS drops to 1-9. HELP ME 🙁

I still don't believe its the processor , I installed the fresh copy of windows 8.1,previously I had Windows 7.Now I am able to play Battlefield 4 at 25-30 FPS at low and amazingly stuttering is gone.THOUGH I get 13 FPS ,sometimes 31 when looking at skies ,at GTA 4 at low , The Sabotuer 13 -20 FPS. Some games run as expected and some don't. And I forgot to mention ,my rig is holding Sniper 2 Ghost worrior at 19-35 FPS at HIGH.Something is wrong I know that.

All you have to do is look at recommended hardware specs for the game. Some are more dependent on the processor than others and explains why you still have ok performance in certain titles. You processor doesn't even meet the minimum specs for the game.

Minimum specifications:

OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1, Windows Vista 64 Bit Service Pack 2
(NVIDIA video card recommended if running Vista OS)

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs) @ 2.5GHz
Memory: 4GB
Video Card: NVIDIA 9800 GT 1GB / AMD HD 4870 1GB (DX 10, 10.1, *11)
Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible
HDD Space: 65GB
DVD Drive

Then what about GTA 4's requirements it meets my minimum requirement , Okay lets drop this issue I'm tired of this shit I'll stick with battlefield 4 , I guess I should wait for next processor.Thank you for helping me.

Yeah In short conclusion, I need to wait for next processor.Thank you.
