Lag in Computer

Every game is lagging on my pc from last 4 to 5 months Games which used to give 60 fps are down to 30 to 24 fps.For example WWE 2K18 which used to give 60fps now whenever I play the game it starts normally then after 15 to 30 seconds lag starts. Methods I have tired to fix the problem.
1: Various Virus scans. (Avast, Norton, Malwarebytes )
2: I have cleaned the dust from the parts of computer.
3: Updated the Graphics Card drivers.
4: Check the temperature and it's normal.
5: Format and reinstall the Windows (10)
6: Checked the Ram.
7: Used registry cleaner.
Here are My specs
Cpu: Core I7 7700K
Gpu: Rx 480 8gb
Memory: 16 Gb ram DDR 4
Motherboard: Gigabyte z270x ultra gaming

Have you checked to see if its possible that lag is coming from a bad internet connection? Have you ran and speed tests and a continuous ping while playing games to see if you are losing any packets?

Internet is fine and I play most games offline.

Is that under load? Doesnt look like it. I would run a benchmark or play a game and monitor temps then.

Yeah that looks pretty good so its not thermal thottling.

Do you have any overclocking on? Have you tried running CPU and GPU benchmarks to see if you see any issues?

What CPU cooler are you using? From your screenshot core temp is showing you idling at 70c and all cores are thermal throttling under load.

Thermal Throttle starts at 90c so... he isn't thermal throttling. Also I had him to tests under load and it wasn't reaching thermal throttling limits...

Take another look at the screenshot. Coretemp is to the right and is showing it at a min temp of 70c and a max temp of 100c. The under load shot has yellow temp that is showing it throttling.

In core temp your temps are too high. You are thermal throttling. Which cooler are you using? Whens the last time you changed thermal paste?

Yeah you are right. I was looking at the first pic by mistake for the "under load" results.

So yes you are thermal throttling and temps are high even when idle.

Check your thermal paste and if you have AIO check pump.

Removed my Gpu and tested the benchmark but results were same.

Since K series does not come with built in fan I suspect problem is with my AIO. I opened the cooler and apply toothpaste It made no different. I will take my pc to a repair shop to see he can fix it.

Pretty much. At least bye bye cpu... you are suppose to use CPU thermal compound.

Some how Pc survived and I have installed a new cooler issue is now fixed.
Thank you for your guidance. I was really confused what was causing this issue thanks to you guys I came to know the root cause of this problem.
