Question Lag on Directx9 games

I have lag on all Directx9 games but Directx 10 and 11 games work perfect.
My Laptop is not so powerfull, but it should work better, as i said, directx10 and 11 games work good.


Intel Celeron n3350 1.1ghz (up to 2.4ghz)
8gb Ram 1600mhz
Intel HD 500
Windows 10 Home edition

old game run probably only run on single cores. the slow cpu speed the issue

Well, Assasin's creed 1 is old too, but there is a dx10 executable in the game folder and it runs perfectly on dx10(45-50) but if i open the game using dx9... 15-20fps
And Far cry 3 have both, dx9 and dx11, well.. the same thing as AC1.
