Lag Problems, just started today (Counter Strike Global Offensive) SOLVED

I've been playing csgo for a couple months, and just recently I'm getting lag. When I enter a game and start moving, my player moves forward and then jumps back again. It keeps doing this and it's really annoying. FPS sits at around 200, and doesn't drop. I've watched my ping though, and when I'm not lagging it's at around 30 and then when I start lagging it goes to around 60-70. Anyone know any fixes? I have a GTX 770 and an Intel i5-4990k if that helps.

Solved, it was AutoDesk Application Manager running in the background.
