I have medium latency (meaning it's not bad) but I sometimes get lag spikes. I dont know how much bandwith I get with TPG but I'm guessing around 50GB or 50MB (can't remember) and I usually have extremely slow download and upload speeds of:
download: 1-20 KB/S
upload: 0.5 KB/s
I sometimes disconnect during online games and can't even play with my brother in a game.
