Laggy Mouse Movement and Beeps

What happens is that sometimes my cursor would move with jerking motion and every time it moves, it would make a beep from the speakers. All my drivers are updated and I have tested the mouse on a different computer and a different mouse on my computer to know that it is a problem with the system. I cannot find solutions and when I come close, it's about XSplit, which I do not have.

Have you tried searching the internet for updated drivers using google? The one in device manager doesn't always find the best updated driver. What mouse do you have?
