Language toolbar

Can anyone please tell me how to get rid of the language toolbar which keeps
appearing on the taskbar?
I have to close it every time I boot up but when I reboot it appears again
Vary annoying!

Hi,

Control Panel/Regional and Language options/Languages tab, click details. On
the settings tab, click on "language bar" under preferences. Uncheck the
option to show the language bar.
