Question Laptop acting weird and not booting up.

My laptop is a acer predator helios 300 2018 model. 2 months ago I changed the thermal paste.
So, today I tried booting it up but it just shows the led glowing up and fans tries to boot up but it won't turn on. It's acting like a old vehicle that you are trying to ignite.
Please help me diagnosis the problem.

I tried unplugging and plugin back in the battery, i tried booting it with charger and without charger always the same result

Can't really see the symbols of the flashing lights, one of them seems to be the battery indicator. Perhaps try connecting your battery cable in, wait for a good couple of minutes then booting it up while its still charging.

Is there any graphic output onto the screen?

The one the keeps flashing indicates if the laptop is on or off, the one stable is for charging.

I did that too. Nothing happens

No. Nothing gets displayed.

I just want help with diagnosis, so the when i go to a shop he doesn't bs me.
