Laptop auto shutdown

I'm having this auto shutdown problem for my laptop esp when playing 'flash games'...according to Seagate, my harddrive could be faulty. how can i know for sure is it hardrive or other hardware.please help me..

the only way to know for sure is to replace the hard disk. flash games require a lot of cpu overheat, so your computer may be overheating.

thanks for the reply. replacing the HDD is like plug n play or i need to transfer together all the system software i.e windows?
