Laptop blinks amber and blue light and doesnt charge

Hi my laptop blinks blue then blinks orange and the power is also blinking and it doesnt charge I tried removing battery and holding power button and it still doesnt work

Generally, we can't help you much if we don't have details, starting with the brand and model of your laptop, and then it would help more if you included the specs.

From your post, I'm guessing it's an HP and the charger is not compatible with it. Try it with a different charger.
