I recently bought a dell xps 15 laptop. I want to keep this laptop for as long as it can give me but I need to know how should I prevent it from overheating? Should I buy a cooling pad? Also, is it bad to leave the charger on the laptop even though it is fully charged?

A cooling pad's assistance is minimal, unless you are experiencing overheating, or you think your laptop is too hot, then you should get it... You could get it anyways, but it isn't so important as learning to take care of your laptop: http://www.wikihow.com/Take-Good-Care-of-Your-Laptop-Computer

If your laptop is fully charged, then use the battery, if you don't want to continue replugging and unplugging the A/C adapter because of a full battery, then read this: http://www.ehow.com/how_5646359_care-laptop-battery.html
