Question Laptop cooling.

Hi, I wanted to ask you. I recently bought this laptop:

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Lenovo-L...TB-SSD-GeForce-RTX-3070-8GB-RGB-Bac/914487094

and it seems to me that even on low load it's awfully noisy even on Silent mode, so I downloaded this third party program, which by the way works great, but I honestly don't really know how I should set it up, I would like the laptop to be really quiet when watching movies, surfing the internet, running errands for school and vice versa, to cool well when gaming, I don't care about the noise there anymore. Could someone here please advise me how to set it up well? I normally use a cooling pad, and I recently cleaned and resealed the laptop with ARCTIC MX-6 Thermal Compound paste. I'm only using the laptop on a dedicated graphics card (rtx 3070) igpu (vega 8) is off, hybrid mode (mux switch) is pretty bad.

This is the program I would like advice then to set it up properly, so far I have the balanced mode set and the fans set like this, so far it seems good, but I don't quite know if I'm hurting myself but pretty quiet.

I can't help you, but I will ask why you're using the RTX 3070 for everything? That's massive overkill for watching movies, surfing the internet, and doing stuff for school. From what I'm reading the RTX 3070 sips double the power of the TDP of your CPU. I don't know how much it can actually downramp its power usage for the simple non-gaming tasks. I'd expect it to use a lot more fan for playing movies and the like than the CPU's graphics would. https://helpdeskgeek.com/how-to/how-to-switch-between-dedicated-gpu-and-integrated-graphics/

I downloaded this third party program...
the laptop is quite a bit heavier
by installing software your laptop has gained weight?

this makes no sense.

you will need to actually include the software being used.

and your images are not viewable in the thread due to being loaded to "shady" hosts.
upload to IMGUR and use proper links.

It's something called LegionFanControl: https://www.legionfancontrol.com/

Here are the direct links to those screenshots on that image hosting site:

Sorry, I misspelled myself, I meant to write quiet.

Screens fixed.

The first screen is my settings and the second is what was already set.

I would love to use hybrid mode, but as soon as I have igpu and dedicated graphics on, I get 20-30fps less performance in games.
