Question Laptop died out, won't charge or turn on.

I have a Dell Inspiron. It had a problem that it was not starting or charging. I sent it Service Center. It was fixed. They said that issue was something related to Power IC. Yesterday when I was using it, I found that charger was making some noises. I took it to the shop and they said that there is a problem with its condenser. However the charger was still supplying enough power to the laptop to turn on. Today while I was working it suddenly died out and stopped charging too. Charger is also not working properly. Can anyone tell me what could be the problem?

Wanna disclose if it sustained a drop, a bump, liquid spill? Ever open it yourself?

How old and battery charge cycle? Original charger? Ever used a third party charger?
