Question Laptop fans sometimes are not turning on even at high temperature

Hello, I bought Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ARE05 about 2 weeks ago.

Laptop works fine but then randomly it starts lagging while doing simple tasks like browsing.
I immediately checked temperatures when it happened - and it was about 100C on CPU!
And fans were not working, CPU was throttling down to 400 Mhz.
Restarting didn't help. But restarting with changing cooling mode in BIOS helps.
Also helps to set default settings in BIOS even if I haven't changed anything there.
Fans begin to work until it cools down to normal temperature. And then the fans work as expected.

Windows shows no available updates, as Lenovo System Update does.
I've experienced this issue 2 times.

Hello.
I got some another strange behavior.
I've got in the same situation: everything started lagging. But now there's was no high temperature, but my CPU was locked on 400mhz. And then I just got BSOD with the DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.
Windows automatically updates Lenovo Intelligent Thermal Solution driver to the version 4.0.0.27. I've also tried ITS_4.0.0.22-MS Signed which is the last version downloadable on Lenovo website. It has the same issues.
I really need your help!
