Laptop for Tycoon games

I have been asked and I am also interested to know which kind of laptops can run Tycoon style games. To give you an idea we are speaking about the following games: OpenTTD, A-Train classic, A-Train 9, Production Line : Car factory simulation, Train Station Simulator, Cities in Motion.

These are fairly old simulators from the Vista/7 time frame. Pretty much any lower-end laptop could probably play these games. I'd say just about any current Intel Core I3 series processor and 8GB of RAM could play these games.
