Question Laptop freezes frequently

Hi all, i have a problem with my laptop that freezes frequently. I thought it was a hardware problem but I've check the memory, harddisk even motherboard and processor and it is all good. The software isn't really a thing cause I fresh install windows 10 and since I used a dual boot linux it occurred to in linux. Anyone ever experienced this?

When does your freezes occur? Gaming? High cpu loads? Or normal usage?(explain more by what you mean normal)

Laptop model and cpu not mentioned...
