Hi, i recently bought a second hand ROG Zephyrus G15 laptop off ebay. The description didn't mention any performance issues the only downside was the screen scratches which didn't bother me. When the laptop arrived, it had fresh windows reinstall and after installing drivers I went and ran heaven benchmark. I tried both performance and turbo mode and regardless the benchmark kept going from 180-50 fps continuously, same with the memory clock. I've uploaded a video to show what I mean.

I can confirm it performs equally terrible on the Witcher 3 and Time Spy too. When I messaged the seller he implied he never had such performance issues.
Would anyone know the cause of this?
