Question Laptop goes black after working normally for a few minutes, then it doesn't respond but stays on

Hi,

Samsung Galaxy Book 15 (model np750xda-kdhit or np750xda-kd2de)
Core™ i5-1135G7
Intel Iris Xe Graphics
LPDDR4X-4266
1920x1080
Windows 11

The laptop starts and works normally for a few minutes (from 5 to 40mins) and then randomly a screen just turns empty and black and the laptop doesn't respond but stays on (sound also stops, so i suppose it's not only about the screen). I can turn it back on only by rebooting with power button.

The CPU temperature is normal, all drivers are updated.
I tried plugging in a monitor but it goes black with the laptop screen and also tried win+ctrl+shift+b.

What power setting are you using in windows? Have you updated any drivers before this started happening?
