Question Laptop has started giving random screen flicker ?

I am using a Dell Latitude 5580 laptop running Windows 10 Pro.

It has started giving random screen flicker. I updated Windows and drivers with no change. I just recently did a full system recovery. The only additions to this were installing KeePassXC and Tor browser.

might be a damaged video cable from motherboard to display
try an external monitor/TV and have a look if it happens there too
