Laptop Help Request

Hello, I’ve been looking at 2 laptops for the past several days now, and am still stumped. So, let me explain!

I am a college student, currently taking I.T. And graphic design as my profession. I need a new laptop, as i only have a desktop at the moment. Right now, I’m stumped between the Dell XPS 15 7590, with the new i7 9750h and gtx 1650.and the Lenovo X1 Extreme, with the i7 8750h and gtx 1050ti. Lenovo currently has a sale that ends on the 12th that drops my price from 2600 to 2000, and the XP’s is 2300. Please help!

Get the Dell, because the i7 9750h and gtx1650 are better than the lenovo one.

Why stumped? More$ buys better performance. Economics works as it should.
